MyLand Welcomes Aaron Vickles as Vice President, Operations 

August 5, 2025 – Phoenix, Arizona – MyLand, a leading innovator in soil health, today announced the appointment of Aaron Vickles as Vice President, Operations. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Vickles will oversee national operations and lead the continued expansion, implementation, and performance of MyLand’s Systems across the country.  

In his new role, Vickles will also manage field operations, infrastructure planning, and cross-functional processes that support scalability and service excellence. He will report directly to Dane Hague, MyLand’s Co-Founder and CEO.

Vickles brings more than 15 years of operational leadership experience, including senior roles at Cresco Labs and Jushi, where he managed large-scale, multi-state cultivation operations. In these positions, he led teams of more than 100 employees, standardized procedures across distributed sites, oversaw national training and onboarding, and directed multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects such as facility buildouts and major system upgrades. He is known for building high-performing teams, optimizing systems, and driving efficiency at scale.

Vickles earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
