Phoenix, AZ – April 4, 2024 — MyLand, a soil health company, announced that Nicole Small has joined the team as Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications to assist in positioning the company as the leader in service-based soil health and to oversee marketing initiatives that support MyLand’s rapid growth.

Charged with driving comprehensive marketing campaigns, Small will lead efforts to enhance brand visibility, amplify research and development results, and emphasize MyLand’s commitment to Exceptional Service for growers. Small oversees the marketing team and reports to Shelley Baugh, MyLand Vice President, Marketing & Culture.

Small will lead initiatives to optimize campaign management, attract new growers, and enhance customer engagement. As part of MyLand’s ongoing collaboration with Texas A&M AgriLife Research, Small will contribute to greater access to soil health education.

A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Small holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Promotion, and Communication. She is on the Board of Directors for the Swift Youth Foundation, a nonprofit organization that empowers children who are economically disadvantaged to reach their highest potential through enriching programs and mentoring relationships.
