May 16, 2024 — Phoenix, Arizona — MyLand, a soil health company, today announced that Lucy Mailloux has joined the company’s leadership team as Director, Talent & Human Resources. With over 20 years of experience, Mailloux will oversee human resources initiatives that support the company’s growth and its employees’ professional development.

Under Mailloux’s leadership, MyLand aims to further enhance its workplace culture, ensuring it remains inclusive, engaging, and supportive for all employees. Mailloux reports directly to MyLand’s CEO and co-founder, Dane Hague.

Mailloux will oversee a comprehensive range of Human Relations responsibilities, including benefits administration, recruiting, retention, career pathways, employee relations, legal compliance, and staffing strategies.

Mailloux graduated cum laude from La Salle University with a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Education Administration She holds a Master’s Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. In addition, Mailloux is a Certified Mediator and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certified Practitioner.
