MyLand Welcomes Sarah Lee as Vice President of People 

March 26, 2026 – Phoenix, Arizona – MyLand, a leading innovator in soil health, today announced the addition of Sarah Lee as Vice President of People. Lee will oversee the development of MyLand’s people infrastructure, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design to support the company’s continued growth. She will report directly to Dane Hague, MyLand’s Co-Founder and CEO.

Lee brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience within growth-stage companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of People at electronics company Exro Technologies Inc., where she led organizational transformation initiatives during a period of rapid expansion. Her background spans behavioral science, commercial operations, and enterprise leadership, with experience guiding companies through mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, performance management design, and culture-building initiatives.
